What a blast! We are so grateful for Tim Rice, sailing instructor at Sail Chicago and Mate of Ship 5111 for leading us on an overview of basic rigging, docking, trimming, tacking and gybing maneuvers on beautiful Lake Michigan. This boat is so efficient we saw 7 knots in 9 knot winds, and everyone aboard contributed to rigging, raising, lowering and flaking the sails on deck. Come out and sail with us!
