About the Event
Sea Scout Ship 5111 proudly hosts the 2025 Annual Christmas Ship Sleepover for Scouts, Friday night, December 5th though Saturday, December 6th to provide safe, affordable, accomodations and fellowship for Scouts registered to volunteer Saturday morning to offload trees.
Sea Scout Ship 5111's Christmas Ship Sleepover event is open to Scouting America units ages 14-21, operating in accordance with BSA Youth Protection Guidelines. Scouts who sleepover at Columbia Yacht Club must be registered with the Christmas Ship event on Saturday, Dec 6th. Link to the Christmas Ship volunteer site here: www.christmasship.org.

2025 Sleepover Ticket
This ticket is for your entire Ship, Troop, or Crew. It includes an overnight stay (bring your own sleeping bag!), dinner, early hot breakfast, and a quick lunch during checkout on Saturday. Vegan and nut-free food options will be made available at each meal. If gluten free option is needed, please contact Skipper Jen. Refunds and cancellations are available until November 24th.
